Shipping information

Domestic shipping (Switzerland and Lichtenstein):

We send our parcels, whenever reasonable and possible, with the Swiss Post as ‘PostPacEconomy’ parcels with the‘pro clima‘ addition.

• Swisspost Economy
  Orders that arrive on weekdays before 17:00 will be with you between 3-5 business days.
• Swisspost Priority
  Orders that arrive on weekdays before 17:00 will be with you between 2-3 business days.

During the checkout process, you will be shown the weight-based shipping costs.

Shipping abroad (EU and worldwide):

We currently ship our packages exclusively in Switzerland, because the effort for foreign deliveries (shipping costs, documentation) is neither for us nor for our customers reasonable.

We are in the process of establishing a distribution channel in Germany.
